1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the web RTI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

web RTI provides a browser-based platform for processing and viewing Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI) and Polynomial Texture Map (PTM) files. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Content Ownership

By uploading files to web RTI, you grant us the necessary rights to host, process, and display your content on the platform. web RTI retains ownership of all uploaded files and reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to upload, share, or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform's infrastructure, including its WebAssembly processing or file storage systems.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove your content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. web RTI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform or the processed files.

7. Limitation of Liability

web RTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
